Connecting to Your Cell Phone

iPhone users

Oticon hearing aids are made for iPhone, which means they can connect directly to an iPhone for phone calls and to stream music. To watch a video explaining how to pair your Oticon hearing aids to your iPhone and set up the Oticon app, click here.

Android users

Oticon hearing aids are not directly compatible with all Android phones to stream phone calls and music. To see a list of phones compatible for direct streaming with Oticon hearing aids, click here.

Even if your Android phone cannot directly stream  phone calls and music, you can still use the Oticon app to adjust your hearing aids. To watch a video explaining how to download and use the app on your Android, click here.

If your Android phone is not compatible with Oticon hearing aids, there is still a way to stream phone calls and audio directly to your hearing aids. You need an accessory called a Connect Clip.
